2009

Awarded Contract for Hilton Garden Inn Shirlington, VA

Development Management Group, Huntington Hotel Group and Herman-Stewart awarded us the contract for the low voltage systems including all of the television, phone, and Internet wiring, video camera surveillance systems for this 6-story, 142-room hotel.

RULE4 Selects Mid-Atlantic Control Systems to integrates its new headquarters and warehouse facility.

Mid-Atlantic Control Systems designed and installed the telephone, IT/data, TV, access control, audio, video surveillance systems.  In addition we built a 5 KW PV solar energy systems on the roof of the facility.

2008

MRP Realty contracts with Mid-Atlantic Control Systems to design the telecommunication, access control, video surveillance and Audio Video systems for the Washington Gateway.

The Washington Gateway is a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use project that will be located immediately north of the New York Avenue Metro station at the corner of the submarket between New York and Florida Avenues.  The $350 million development, being built by MRP Realty, will include two office towers, a 250-unit residential tower and a 150-key extended-stay hotel.

After successfully completing the Village of Shirlington and the Ocean City Gateway Grand with Trammell Crow Companies Mid-Atlantic Control Systems is awarded another TCC condominium design project.  This time working out the details for the telecommunication, access control, video surveillance and Audio Video systems.

The Madison, 344 condominiums with ground level retail at the intersection of North Henry and Madison Streets in Alexandria, VA by Trammell Crow Companies.

Mid-Atlantic Control Systems creates a high-tech multimedia sales center for the Trillium Bethesda, MD.

The sales center features design mock-ups of the future173-unit luxury residential condominium.  Mid-Atlantic Control Systems provided the design and installation of the audio, video, communication and security solutions for the upscale sales center.

Mid-Atlantic Control Systems Goes Solar

We have installed a GE 5.2 kilowatt solar array on our building’s rooftop in our continued effort to pursue energy-saving and environmentally-friendly strategies.

Mid-Atlantic Control Systems Awarded the Contract for Eclipse on Center Park

At this 465-unit condominium, we designed and installed the telecommunications and technology infrastructure, including the phone, Internet, and television wiring, flat-screen televisions, a centralized satellite distribution system and surround sound systems.

I-Connect Hires Mid-Atlantic Control Systems for its Low Voltage Needs

MCS was chosen by I-Connect to design and install its phone, data and TV cabling, phone system, and access control system.

Mid-Atlantic Control Systems Expands to the Eastern Shore

Mid-Atlantic Control Systems was awarded the contract for the Gateway Grand located in Ocean City, MD.  The contract includes all of the structured wiring (television, phone, Internet) for the magnificent 16-story high-rise building.

2006

Mid-Atlantic Control Systems Becomes an Integral Part of $100 Million Expansion in Shirlington by winning the telecommunication cabling contract with Harvey-Cleary Builders.

Our company worked on the 11-story luxury 159 unit condominium project to install the building’s telephone, Internet, and TV distribution and AV systems as well as its centralized satellite television distribution system.

The Shirlington Village Condominium is an 11 story tower with 159 luxury residential condominium designed by SK&I.
